The latest in the blitzkrieg on our rights. The federal government is taking up the notion that police can use the community caretaking exemptions to the 4th Amendment in order to enter homes without search warrants and size guns.
The case cited per the WSJ article said that the wife’s consent was “legally negated” because the police “untruthfully” told her that her husband consented to the search.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is insanity. This is lightning warfare on our rights, and will accelerate the dissolution if this country. I pray that the Supreme Court will have enough courage to stand against this. But I fear very dark times ahead.
